How we collect, use, and protect your information at Mendbrain Health.

Mendbrain Health, Inc. ("Mendbrain Health," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through mendbrainhealth.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
We only collect information you choose to give us. This includes:
We do not collect payment information on the Site today. When pre-orders open, payments will be processed by Shopify, and your payment details will be handled under Shopify's own privacy policy and security standards. We never see or store your full payment card details.
We use the information you provide to add you to our waitlist and email list and let you know when Mendbrain is available, to respond to your questions and messages, to review ambassador applications, and to send occasional updates about Mendbrain Health if you have signed up to receive them. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those emails.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work: Netlify (website hosting and secure delivery of form submissions to our inbox), EmailOctopus (our email list), and, once pre-orders open, Shopify (order processing). Each of these providers processes your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used so we can improve it. You can accept or decline cookies using the banner on the Site, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Our hosting provider gives us aggregate, server-side visit statistics that do not rely on cookies and do not identify you personally.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also email us at contact@mendbrainhealth.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will honor your request as required by applicable law.
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are transmitted securely. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Mendbrain is intended for adults 18 years of age and older, and the Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Meaningful changes will be communicated on the Site or by email where appropriate.
